Links to Custom Expense Report Forms
ExpensePlus®
can be linked to any custom expense report form that is created in
Excel (Windows and Macintosh) or FileMaker Pro (Macintosh only)
If your employer uses a custom expense report form (most large companies do), we can create a link from ExpensePlus on your PalmPilot or Palm Organizer to your employer's form. If we do this, then during any HotSync session, your expense report form automatically appears on your computer's screen, with your form automatically filled out with all the data from your Palm organizer.
An automatic link that has been set up with your custom form can save you hours of work each month that you normally spend creating your expense reports manually in MS Excel. A wasted hour each month in preparing your expense reports manually will cost you a lot more per year than the total cost of ExpensePlus and the cost of creating a custom link. The return on your investment will be very high. Your current custom report can automatically be generated in merely seconds during any HotSync session once a custom link has been created for your company's custom form.
Creating a Custom Link
WalletWare can create a link to your company's custom expense report form on Windows or Macintosh computers for a nominal fee, or if 10 or more people in your company buy a copy of ExpensePlus, we'll create the link for free!
Please send a copy of your Excel (or FileMaker) expense report template to support@walletware.com and we'll then send you back a quote for how much it would cost to generate a link to your custom expense report form. Most links usually cost somewhere between $150-200, but the prices can vary depending on the complexity of your expense report form, and the amount of custom work we must do to link it to your form. Sharing Custom Links
We like to help our customers in any way we can. One of those ways is to keep you informed of existing (or upcoming) links to various company's expense report forms. Our concern is that we don't want customers spending time creating links to their own custom forms from ExpensePlus if we (or another employee of that company) has already invested the time to create a link to that form already. There's very few things in the business world worse than employees wasting time duplicating efforts of others that have done the same work before them, and not having access to that information letting them know the work has already been done.
So in an attempt to keep duplication of effort down to a minimum,
we will begin compiling information here of various customers that we know
have written ExpensePlus links to their own company's forms, or of company's
forms for which we (at WalletWare) have already written links. If your company
name is not in this list, it doesn't mean that one doesn't exist, as this

We'll post as many ExpensePlus custom links as possible here. Most of these links will be password protected. In most cases, you can simply call us at 949 559-8255, give us your employee ID, and once we verify that you work for the company that you indicate, then we'll give you the password to unlock the ExpensePlus link that will automatically generate your company's expense report form.
List of Companies with Custom Links
Here are companies with custom links that are available directly for you to download, or we know of someone in your company that has created a custom link and you can contact him or her directly if you call us for that information. Some of these links are currently in development and should be available soon. Also keep in mind that some of these companies in this list already have site license agreements with WalletWare, and if so, you won't have to buy a separate copy of ExpensePlus if you're an employee of one of those companies.
