ExpensePlus®

Track Expenses while on-the-go!

ExpensePlus®is a powerful Palm and Pocket PC software package that lets you capture business expense transactions on your Palm organizer while traveling on behalf of your company or employer. To get reimbursed for your business expenses, you need to create an expense report -- often in a custom form provided to you by your employer.

ExpensePlus will link up to virtually any expense report form in any custom format created in Microsoft Excel for Macintosh or Windows computers. WalletWare can also assist you in creating a custom link for your company's own custom expense report form.

To send expense data from ExpensePlus on your Palm or Windows Mobile Pocket PC to your desktop or laptop computer, you don't have to do anything special. During your HotSync session (or immediately afterward), Microsoft Excel will automatically open, displaying your completed expense report on your screen. All you have to do is print it or email it to your manager for approval!

Palm or Pocket PC users can download the software now to either try the demo or to purchase the full package.

If your company uses Gelco Information System's ExpenseLink to reimburse your business expenses, ExpensePlus (version 1.2.5 and higher) can also automatically generate an expense report file on your Windows computer that you can upload to your ExpenseLink online account. Gelco has selected ExpensePlus to be their Palm-based software product that generates expense reports on a Palm powered device that will automatically generate expense report files on Windows computers that can be uploaded to the customer's ExpenseLink account online. To learn how to do this, go to our Gelco tech support page for ExpensePlus customers.
