If you are already a registered user and own a license to use ExpensePlus version 1.2.0 through version 1.2.4, then you can download ExpensePlus here and install the software without having to re-purchase the software.

If you lost your PDA, you changed computers, your batteries went dead on your PDA, you had to do a hard reset, if you're upgrading from version 1.2.0 through 1.2.3 to version 1.2.4, or you simply want to download the ExpensePlus installer again, you can do so without having to purchase the product again. You don't need to have the original version on your Windows or Macintosh computer (or on your Palm) to download and install it again. And if ExpensePlus is still on your Palm, then don't delete it...just install the new version on top of it. If you don't have ExpensePlus on your Palm, that's OK...if your Palm User Name is still the same, then the serial number you purchased from WalletWare will unlock the software again on your device when it asks you for this number.

The software you can download from this page includes the Palm software, as well as the Windows and/or Macintosh software necessary to link the data directly to an Expense Report form in Microsoft Excel. Several Expense Report templates for Microsoft Excel are included with the package.

To install the software on your desktop computer, do the following:

1. Download one of the files listed below. Make a note of where you download the file.
2. Install ExpensePlus on your Windows or Macintosh computer by double-clicking the file you downloaded.
3. If you only need the desktop or laptop (Windows or Macinosh) software, you need to go no further. You're done!. You can even remove the "ExpensePlus.prc" file from your Palm Install tool so that it won't reinstall the software the next time you HotSync if you still have the latest version of the ExpensePlus software on your Palm organizer.
4. However, if you need to reinstall the software on your PDA, then simply perform a HotSync with your Palm and it will copy the software to your Palm.

If you still have version 1.2.0 through 1.2.3 of ExpensePlus on your Palm, then installing the software again over the exsiting ExpensePlus software on your Palm will automatically upgrade your software to version 1.2.4. No questions will be asked.

However, if you don't have ExpensePlus on your Palm anymore, then ExpensePlus will ask for your serial number. Simply enter the ExpensePlus serial number you received from WalletWare for version 1.2.x (sometime after March 2003) when you purchased it or upgraded it, and that serial number will unlock the software. If your Palm User Name has changed since you last purchased ExpensePlus, then you'll need to get a new serial number from WalletWare (this is available only for registered ExpensePlus users.)

If you originally purchased 1.0.0 through version 1.1.0 of ExpensePlus and you haven't upgraded to version 1.2.x yet, (see the "About ExpensePlus..." menu item on your Palm to find your exact version number), then do not download the ExpensePlus Installer file on this page. Instead, please go to our upgrade page to upgrade to the latest version of ExpensePlus. There will be a nominal fee (heavily discounted from the original purchase price) to upgrade from version 1.0 through 1.1 to version 1.2.
