ExpensePlus®
is now available for Palm and Pocket PC users to download
and purchase.
You can download and purchase ExpensePlus for your Palm powered handheld or phone or Pocket PC by clicking on the appropriate link below.
This software includes the Palm or Pocket PC software, as well as the Windows and/or Macintosh software necessary to link the data directly to an Expense Report form in Microsoft Excel. Several Expense Report templates for Microsoft Excel are included with the package.
If you haven't tried ExpensePlus yet, please click here to try ExpensePlus in 'demo' mode. There are no 'hidden' features in ExpensePlus running in 'demo' mode. You're only limited to creating and using 2 expense reports and up to 30 expenses in those two reports before you're required to purchase the software. There is no 'time limit' while running ExpensePlus in 'demo' mode. You can take as long as you wish to create your 30 expenses and/or 2 expense reports.
Since we do offer a 'try it before you buy it' system, we can not offer a refund after your purchase ExpensePlus. So please try it out first before you buy it.
If you already have ExpensePlus installed on your device and have been test driving it in 'demo' mode, simply go to the "Registration" menu item (at the top of the "Tools" menu) on your Pocket PC or the "About ExpensePlus..." menu item under the "File" menu on your Palm for instructions to purchase the software via email or by phone. If you follow these steps on your handheld to purchase the software, you will be able to convert the 'demo' into the full unlocked, commercial program without having to download or install anything else. If you choose the email option to purchase the software, you don't need to use the email software built-in to your device. Simply open a new email message on your desktop or laptop computer and enter the data that appears on your Palm or Pocket PC and you will get a serial number by return email that will allow you to convert ExpensePlus from "Demo" mode to "Unlock" mode. Or you can call 800 640-2068 (or 918 477-9152 for international calls) and we'll unlock the software for you right over the phone.

Download ExpensePlus for Palm and Windows Users (including support for Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, NT, XP & Vista)
Download ExpensePlus for Pocket PC (Windows Mobile Professional) and Windows Users (including support for Windows 98, 2000, ME, NT, XP, & Vista) Download ExpensePlus for Palm and Macintosh OS X (Tiger, 10.4 or Leopard, 10.5, and higher). or
Download ExpensePlus for Palm and Macintosh OS 9.2 through OS X 10.3 users for use only with Palm Desktop version 4.0 and higher.
If you're still using Mac OSX 10.2 or 10.3, and if you've ever had iSync 1.2 installed on your Mac (almost everyone has iSync on Mac OS 10.2 or 10.3), then you'll need to run a certain Macintosh software patch program (click here for details) before you'll be able to successfully install ExpensePlus (or any other third party software that has a Macintosh/Palm conduit.) If you don't do this, you'll get a "permissions" error when attempting to install the software! Click on the link in this paragraph to go to the PalmOne web page to get more details on this particular iSync problem and then download the patch to fix the problem.

For new purchasers, the price of $49.95 includes the ExpensePlus software for Palm OS or Windows Mobile (Pocket PC) as well as the ExpensePlus desktop and/or laptop software which allows you to send your expense reports to Microsoft Excel. Expense Report templates for Microsoft Excel are also included.
