ExpensePlus®is now in full COLOR!   If you have a color Palm IIIc, m505, m515, color Sony Clie, Visor Prism, Samsung SPH-I300, a color Treo, Zire or Tungsten device, you'll definitely want to try out ExpensePlus in full color! All icons have been colorized making it even easier for your eye to quickly distinguish between your expense categories, payment methods, expense type, and even clients, jobs, or profit centers. Since ExpensePlus has many icons in the software, and since color icons consume much more storage space on your Palm than black and white icons do, we've separated the color icons in ExpensePlus from the main program. They're stored in a separate file. We do this because there are still ExpensePlus customers using older black and white Palm organizers. Those older devices have very little storage space (some only have 1 to 2 MB of total storage). So to keep ExpensePlus from being 'bloated' for those customers, we've kept the color icons in a separate file. When you install ExpensePlus from our installer (Setup) program on your desktop computer, the installer will autoamtically install the color file on your device that contains the ExpensePlus color icons if you have a color Palm. If you want to do this manually, simply copy this file (ExpensePlus_Color_Icons.prc) to your computer (note, if the file doesn't download automatically, right click click and hold the link and select "Download Link to Disk or "Save Target As.." to download the file), then double click it's icon, then do a HotSync. This will copy the color icon library to your Palm device, making ExpensePlus appear in full color. If you beam the ExpensePlus software to another color Palm, make sure you beam this color icon library to the color Palm as well as the main ExpensePlus program. Note that version 2.0 of ExpensePlus, due sometime in late 2005, will have a high resolution library of color icons as an optional color library. This second library file will be much larger than the current icon library, but the icons will look much better and sharper on a high-resoluction color Palm. You'll have a choice of installing the larger high-resolution icons or the current smaller file that contains the current set of color icons when you install ExpensePlus.

Entering your expense data into your Palm must be fast and easy, or you'll never bother! ExpensePlus now has colorized icons, making it that much easier for your eye to quickly find the correct expense category after repetitive use. And of course, ExpensePlus still has its large, 'finger-friendly' icons which is its trademark from the black and white version. ExpensePlus is designed to allow you to easily enter any expense in about 5 seconds without having to use your stylus! Entering expense data in an expense slip in ExpensePlus has always been simple. Mark each one with an easy-to-find color icon, making it a snap to identify which expenses were paid with which credit cards. You can even mark somecredit cards (or checks) so that ExpensePlus knows that your company pays the bill directly on those particular credit cards. Then any time you put expenses on those particular credit cards, ExpensePlus will know that those expenses are not reimbursable to you since you didn't pay for those expenses with your own money.
